At NurseInTheMaking, we want you to love your gear as much as your profession, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed apparel. Please ensure all original tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for updates on your package's journey back to us.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
